Ingredients: ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.; 1,5% withanolides), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (E170, E470b, E551), bulking agent (E460(i)).

Recommended intake of a daily portion: take two tablets daily, one tablet in the morning and the second in the evening, drinking plenty of water.
